PRN Job Coach - Full & Part Time

Omni Advocacy Services is now accepting applications for PRN, full and part time Entry Level Job Coaching positions. Qualified candidates will have a positive attitude, enjoy working with the public and will have compassion for members of our community that need extra support obtaining and maintaining competitive employment. To be considered for this position you must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and proof of current car insurance. Experience is a plus but we will train the right person. OAS offers competitive compensation, an extensive training program and room for growth within the company. A Job Coach must be a mentor eager to support their Clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supervise and train Clients as to specific job duties.

• Develop effective job coaching and employment plans.

• Communicate with Clients to understand their goals.

• Assist Clients to discover and overcome their personal barriers.

• Assist people with disabilities in developing social and life skills.

• Monitor and evaluate progress of Clients. Assess and record progress of the Client at each visit.

• Keep records, documentation and prepare appropriate reports.

This Entry Level Job Coaching position will cover the following Kansas counties:

Leavenworth, Jackson, Atchison, Shawnee, Douglas, Johnson, Jefferson, Wyandotte
